About FitBridge
FitBridge was created out of frustration. Like many fitness enthusiasts, we used multiple apps and devices to track different aspects of our health — a WHOOP for recovery, Strava for running, a Garmin watch for cycling, Oura for sleep, and MyFitnessPal for nutrition. The problem? Getting all that data to work together was a nightmare.
Every app has its own ecosystem, and the integration landscape is fragmented and confusing. Which apps sync natively? Which need third-party bridges? Which connections simply don't exist? We spent hours researching, testing, and troubleshooting — and realized others were doing the same.
Our Mission
FitBridge is the resource we wish existed. We provide clear, accurate, and up-to-date guides for connecting any two fitness apps. No fluff, no outdated information — just step-by-step instructions that actually work.
What We Offer
- Step-by-step integration guides with screenshots and troubleshooting tips
- An interactive compatibility matrix showing every app-to-app connection
- Detailed app profiles covering what each app tracks and who it integrates with
- Honest assessments of native sync vs. third-party vs. workarounds
