Open Garmin Connect App
Launch the Garmin Connect app on your iPhone (this integration is only available on iOS).
Go to Settings

Select Connected Apps
Scroll down and tap "Connected Apps", then find "Apple Health".

Enable Apple Health
Toggle on the Apple Health connection. Grant all the requested permissions when the Apple Health dialog appears.
Choose Data Categories
Select which data types to share: activities, heart rate, sleep, steps, calories, weight, and more.
