How to Connect (Step-by-Step)
Peloton has a native Strava integration. After connecting, all Peloton workouts (cycling, running, strength, yoga, etc.) automatically upload to Strava with workout details.
Open Peloton Settings
On the Peloton Bike/Tread screen or in the Peloton app, navigate to your profile and tap the gear icon for Settings.
Find Connected Apps
Scroll to "Connected Apps" or "Social" section in Settings.
Connect Strava
Tap on Strava and then "Connect". You'll be redirected to Strava's authorization page.

Authorize Peloton
Log in to Strava and tap "Authorize" to allow Peloton to upload workouts.
Set Auto-Upload
Ensure auto-upload is enabled so that every completed Peloton workout automatically posts to Strava.
Complete a Workout
Take a Peloton class and verify the workout appears on your Strava feed within a few minutes of completion.
Third-Party Options
Peloton-to-Garmin (open source)
A community-built tool that can sync Peloton workouts to Garmin Connect, which then syncs to Strava. Useful if you want data in Garmin first.

Troubleshooting
⚠️ Workouts not appearing on Strava
Check Peloton Settings → Connected Apps to verify Strava is still connected. Disconnect and reconnect if needed. Ensure you have internet connectivity on your Peloton device.
⚠️ Missing heart rate data
Make sure your heart rate monitor is connected to the Peloton during the workout. The Peloton hardware heart rate monitor or a Bluetooth chest strap works best.
⚠️ Want to sync old Peloton workouts
The native integration doesn't sync historical data. You can use third-party tools or manually recreate activities on Strava.
